Several users and roles
Built-in roles include admin, property manager and staff. You can also create your own roles and choose permissions one by one.
Safe invitations
New staff receive a link to set their own password, so you never need to know it.
OTP verification
Signing in from a new device requires a 6-digit code sent by email and WhatsApp. Trusted devices can be remembered and forgotten again at any time.
Encrypted tenant data
Personal data is stored encrypted and opened only by authorised users.
Activity history
Important actions are recorded, so it is clear who changed what and when.
Each organisation is separate
One organisation's data cannot be seen by another.

Invite staff from the Settings menu and choose their role.
