Boarding houses (kost), rental houses, apartments, villas, guest houses, homestays and co-living can be managed side by side. The number of properties follows your subscription plan.
Unit/room types as templates
Size, capacity, deposit, price, facilities and photos are set per type, so you do not re-enter them for every unit.
Daily, monthly and yearly prices
Each type can offer several rental periods. You also decide which prices are shown to the public.
Service packages and add-ons
Services such as laundry, parking or air conditioning can be included in a unit/room type package or offered as separately billed add-ons.
Unit status always clear
Available, booked, occupied, dirty or under maintenance. Status follows bookings, check-ins and check-outs, so a unit is never booked twice.
Import from existing records
Data you already keep in Excel can be loaded in bulk, so you do not have to retype everything.
