Tenant management and the rental lifecycle
Every tenant has a clear history: from booking, check-in, extension and unit transfer through to check-out. Personal data is stored encrypted, and tenants can see their own information through a portal.
What you get
Protected tenant data
Personal data such as identity numbers is protected and masked in lists. Every time full details are opened it is recorded in the activity history.
Tenant documents
Photos, identity documents and agreements can be stored and opened through secure temporary links.
Guided check-in
A confirmed booking becomes an active rental and the first invoice is issued straight away. The rental agreement can be printed as PDF.
Extensions and unit transfers
Extending a rental or moving to another unit is done from the rental detail, and unit statuses are updated with it.
Check-out and deposit
The check-out request, unit condition, deposit deductions and refund are recorded in one flow.
Customer Portal
Tenants sign in with an OTP code to see their own bookings, rentals, invoices and payments, and to upload proof of payment.
How it works
- 1
The tenant registers through a link after the booking is confirmed.
- 2
Staff perform the check-in and the first invoice is issued. Later invoices come from extensions or are created by staff.
- 3
When it ends, the rental is extended or completed through check-out and the deposit refund.
