What you get
Messages at key moments
A confirmed booking, an issued invoice, a verified payment, check-in and check-out all trigger a message to the tenant.
Scheduled reminders
Invoice due-date and rental-end reminders are sent according to the number of days you set, between 1 and 30 days ahead.
Per-property contact
Messages include the email and mobile number of the property manager concerned, so tenants know whom to contact.
Choose notification types
You can switch certain notification types on or off for your organisation. Security messages such as OTP are always on.
Log and retries
The Notification Log shows the status of every message. Messages that fail to send are retried in stages.
Alerts for staff
Authorised staff are told about new bookings, and the assigned staff member is told about their maintenance work.
